Level 3 Deputy Safeguarding officer Student mentor First Aid Trained

I have worked with children since leaving school over 30 years ago, I am a specialist in behaviour management and trained in Makaton and special needs. I have four adult children. I have a passion for watching children grow and develop. I have a particular interest in mentoring colleges to develop their understanding of how children learn and develop. I am currently the student mentor and very much enjoy that role. I am currently studding level 4 in Nursery Management, and plan to progress from my Level 3 to a level 4/5 in early years.
